Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you in the best of your interests. I am a resident of Rose Valley residential building, where you also own a flat, which you have recently rented out. I am writing this letter to inform you about your tenant’s parking habits.
Each flat in the building has a designated parking space on the ground floor, however your tenants often park their vehicles in my designated parking area. Due to this, I am forced to park my vehicle in visitor parking area which is far away from my flat and it is really troublesome to walk that far regularly. Consequently, this delays my work schedule.
Last week, I met with an accident and unfortunately got a fracture in my left leg. As a result, its challenging for me to walk even for a short distance.
Requesting you to please let your tenant know the inconvenience I face due to this and ask them to park their vehicle only in the assigned parking spot. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this matter with great precision and empathy.
