Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
I am writing this letter to share my grievance while I stayed at your hotel last week for three days during a business trip. I selected your hotel as it promised to provide me with vegan food for its residents.
As I am a vegan with a diabetic issue, I requested to keep the breakfast sugar-free and high in fibre, and without any animal products. However, first day, I got eggs and bread for breakfast. Because of this, I left for the meeting without eating anything, resulting in an insulin fluctuation. I complained about the same at reception, where staff convinced me to address this issue as a priority, and assured would give a vegan breakfast for the remaining two days.
But the next day, I was shocked to see cornflakes in milk with honey as food. The same happened for three consecutive days, the whole duration of the stay, despite giving reminders.
I returned from the trip with increased insulin levels, and I am still taking treatment. I would like you to reimburse my medical expenses due to this negligence.
Please let me know the list of documents you need. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated!
